      We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa and MasterCard through PayPal.

    • When will my card be charged?

      Your card will be charged right after you precede the checkout.

    • What is happening if my card is keep declining?

      Please try contacting your bank or try using a different card. Our payment system communicates directly with the bank and automatically accepts or declines payments, thus we cannot override the system.

    • Can I cancel my order?

      If the campaign hasn't ended, you may cancel your order. However, if the campaign has ended, you will not be able to cancel your order.

  • Shipping and Delivery

    • When will I receive my items?

      At the end of our 2 week campaign, it would takes us up to 3 weeks to process and package your order. It will then be shipped to you. Please be aware that the delivery dates will vary depending on your country.

    • Do you ship internationally?

      Yes, we ship internationally!

    • How much does it cost to ship to my country?

      Once you reach the shipping page and enter your desired shipping address, your shipping cost will appear automatically.

  • Order Items

    • I just realized that I ordered the wrong size, what can I do about this?

      Please contact us immediately so that we can adjust your order before the campaign ends. Once our 2 week campaign is over, we will not be able to adjust your order.

    • What happens if my item is damaged?

    • What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

      "You will have 3 calendar days to request a return or exchange for an item from the day you receive your order. Please contact us at info@our-tribute.com To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unharmed and in good condition, please note that your item MUST have the tag on. After you have submitted your request and received confirmation, it will take about 30 buisness days for your exchange to be complete. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) will be inspected and, if approved, we will immediately initiate your refund through the payment method you used. Refund dates may vary depending on the payment method you used. "
