To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unharmed and in good condition, please note that your item MUST have the tag on.
After you have submitted your request and received confirmation, it will take about 30 buisness days for your exchange to be complete.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) will be inspected and, if approved, we will immediately initiate your refund through the payment method you used. Refund dates may vary depending on the payment method you used.
All campaign products will be shipped after the campaign ends.
All shipping will be processed based on business days as domestic shipping will take about 15 days and international shipping will take about 30days.
(Please be aware that depending on customs, holidays, weather conditions, and more, your package can be delayed by a few days.)
[Overlapped Campaign Orders]
If you order from 2 or more campaigns,
please make sure to submit separate orders per campaign. Overlapped orders will be shipped after the end date of the latter campaign that you order from. Shipping will be handled in accordance with the same details under “Shipping Information”.
