Exchanges/Returns/Refunds
- You will have 3 calendar days to request a return or exchange for an item from the day you receive your order. Please contact us at info@our-tribute.com
  
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unharmed and in good condition, please note that your item MUST have the tag on. After you have submitted your request and received confirmation, it will take about 30 buisness days for your exchange to be complete.
  
  To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) will be inspected and, if approved, we will immediately initiate your refund through the payment method you used. Refund dates may vary depending on the payment method you used.
Shipment

  All shipping will be processed based on business days as domestic shipping will take about 15 days and international shipping will take about 30days.
